PURPOSE:

    The Friedel Family Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Including for such purposes, the making distributions to individuals and  organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The specific purposes of the Friedel Family Foundation are to fund research, education, and treatment of brain health and mood dysregulation through grants.

    The Friedel Family Foundation shall not be conducted or operated for profit, and no part of the net earnings of the Friedel Family Foundation shall inure to the benefit of any individual, nor shall any of the profits or assets of the Friedel Family Foundation be used other than for the purposes of the Friedel Family Foundation.

    Friedel Family Foundation has a culture interested in strengthening the future with a commitment to others in the area of Better Brain Health.

    No part of the net earnings of the Friedel Family Foundation shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributable to its members, trustees, officers, or other private persons, except that the Friedel Family Foundation shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of the Friedel Family Foundation purposes. 

    No substantial part of the activities of the Friedel Family Foundation shall be the carrying on of propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and the Friedel Family Foundation shall not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distribution of statements) any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office. 

Friedel Family Foundation supports the effort to educate Individuals to understand better Brain Health and mood dysregulation issues from a Neurotheology approach. The Friedel Family Foundation approach is to assist individuals with financial support for Brain Health Education and qualified treatment of Brain Health issues by way of grants.
